Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of REIA, the property-analysis web application available at reia.briksai.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

REIA helps real-estate investors generate property cash-flow and BRRRR underwriting analyses. Outputs are generated from publicly available property data, third-party rent estimates, and assumptions you provide.

2. Not financial, legal, or tax advice

REIA is a software tool, not a licensed real-estate broker, lender, financial advisor, attorney, or accountant. The numbers, AI summaries, and risk flags produced by REIA are estimates based on the inputs you and our data providers supply, and they may contain errors. Do not rely on REIA as the sole basis for any investment decision. Consult licensed professionals (broker, lender, attorney, CPA) before purchasing property, taking on debt, or executing contracts.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account, keep your credentials secret, and notify us at hello@briksai.com of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions and billing

  • Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Billing settings page.
  • Trials convert to paid at the end of the trial period unless cancelled.
  • Fees are billed in U.S. dollars and processed by Stripe.
  • Plan limits (analyses per month, etc.) are described on the Pricing page.
  • Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods, except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use REIA to violate any law or third-party right (including data-scraping terms of third-party listing sites in a way that violates those sites’ terms).
  • Reverse-engineer the service, attempt to bypass usage limits, or interfere with other users.
  • Resell access to REIA or use the service to create a competing product.
  • Submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates someone’s privacy.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the analyses, addresses, notes, and other content you submit. You grant REIA a limited license to host, process, and display that content as needed to run the service. We may use aggregated, de-identified statistics about how the product is used to improve REIA.

7. Third-party data

REIA pulls property data from third parties (e.g. RentCast, listing sites). We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party data, and a third party may change or discontinue its data at any time.

8. Service changes and availability

We may update, improve, or discontinue features at any time. We will give reasonable notice for material changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to other users or to the service.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

REIA is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Without limiting the foregoing, REIA does not warrant that any analysis or projection will match the actual financial performance of any property.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, REIA and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid REIA in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $100.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold REIA harmless from any claim arising out of your misuse of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms over time. If a change is material, we will notify you in the product or by email at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
