Yes. Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You can run real analyses during the trial — no credit card is required to sign up, and the trial only converts if you add a payment method.
If you're not happy within the first 30 days of a paid plan, email us and we'll refund the most recent month — no questions asked.
Annual billing is on the roadmap and will save roughly two months versus monthly. Until then, monthly billing only.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from the billing page. Upgrades are prorated immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Yes. Cancel from the billing portal in two clicks. You keep access through the end of your current billing period.
We'll notify you as you approach the cap. Once you reach the limit, new analyses are paused until your cycle resets or you upgrade. We never silently bill overages.
